Fairfield University

Fairfield University is a private University in Fairfield, CT with NCAA Division I athletic programs. Outdoor athletic facilities consist of sand-base, native soil, and synthetic fields. Our on-site staff manages these outdoor facilities year-round to provide professional level playing conditions for the University.

Fraze Mowing at Fairfield University – In the spring of 2016, we stripped the entire surface of Lessing Soccer Field with a Koro FieldTopMaker. The surface was removed to eliminate weed seeds (specifically poa annua) and create a smoother playing surface. The field was re-established with Kentucky Bluegrass seed and overseeded with Perennial Ryegrass. Lessing Field was ready for Division I play by the start of the fall soccer season.
